Shipping policy

At Cactus and Macrame our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time :
  As all pieces are handmade, allow 1 to 2 weeks for your macramé wall hanging to be created.
  
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our home studio to the destination. For a local delivery, your item will be processed through a courier company. Delivery within the UAE takes from 2 to 5 working days. International orders are shipped by Emirates post and usually takes about 2-15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
